Biography

Clay Dant is a personal injury litigator and a passionate advocate for his clients. Clay began his auspicious legal career achieving success in the areas of personal injury, litigation, and legal collections. Before practicing law, Clay had extensive experience in long term care where he developed and cultivated his zealous advocacy for those under his care. He utilizes that same zeal in his personal injury work, focusing on consistently obtaining optimal outcomes for his clients, no matter what type of injury they’ve experienced.

Clay received his J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. While in law school, Clay was employed in several positions with UIC School of Law emphasizing legal research, writing, and editing. He also worked for judges in both the Northern District of Illinois and the Illinois Supreme Court and provided personal injury and litigation support for a firm as a Law Clerk.
