Vito & Dollenmaier Law  |  Last Updated: July 14, 2026

This statement applies to the online collection of personal information via websites operated by and applications offered by Vito & Dollenmaier Law (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a personal injury law firm based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, serving clients throughout the Greater Chicago Area. Details of this Privacy Policy follow immediately below.

What personal information is collected and how is it used?

  • We collect information about our users directly from you — for example, when you submit our contact form, request a free consultation, call or text us, or sign up for communications — as well as automatically through our web server logs and through cookies and similar tracking technologies described below.
  • The categories of personal information we may collect include contact information (such as your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address), details you choose to share about your legal matter or inquiry, and technical information about your device and how you use our website.
  • We use this information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate and provide legal services, communicate with you, operate and improve our website, and, where you have not opted out, to market our services to you, including through Google Ads and email or text communications.
  • We do not sell or share your personal information with unrelated third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We do share information with service providers who help us operate our website and manage client and case communications, as described in “Who has access to the personal information?” below.
  • Our SMS program provides updates, notifications, and promotional messages related to our services. By subscribing to our SMS program, you consent to receive SMS messages at the phone number provided. Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our service.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party partners use cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to operate our website, understand how visitors use our site, and deliver relevant advertising. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect site functionality.

Google Ads and Online Advertising

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics Advertising Features, including remarketing and Customer Match, to advertise our services online and measure the performance of our advertising. Google and other third-party vendors use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the Google Ads cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our website, and to report how your website visits relate to ad impressions, other ad service functions, and interactions with our ads.

Any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) that we may use for Customer Match was collected directly from you in a first-party context, such as through our contact or free-consultation forms. We do not upload sensitive details about your legal matter or health condition to Google for advertising purposes.

You can opt out of Google’s use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). You may also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page (optout.networkadvertising.org) or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page (optout.aboutads.info).

HubSpot CRM and Marketing Platform

We use HubSpot, a customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing platform, to manage contact and case inquiry information submitted through our website, communicate with prospective and current clients, and analyze how visitors interact with our website. When you submit a form on our website, the information you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, and message) is stored in our HubSpot CRM and may be associated with website activity tracked through HubSpot’s tracking cookie, for purposes of understanding engagement with our content and following up on your inquiry.

For more information about the cookies HubSpot sets and how HubSpot processes data on our behalf, see HubSpot’s Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy at legal.hubspot.com.

How is my personal information protected?

  • We have implemented appropriate security measures to help protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
  • However, please note that we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will always be unable to defeat our security measures.
  • We may store and process your personal information using service providers, including Google and HubSpot, whose systems may be located outside of Illinois. Regardless of where these activities occur, we take appropriate steps to ensure that your information is protected consistent with the principles set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Who has access to the personal information?

  • We will not sell, rent, or lease mailing lists or other customer data to others, and we will not make your personal information available to any unaffiliated parties, except our approved service providers and contractors, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
  • We work with third-party service providers who process personal information on our behalf to help us operate our website, manage client and case inquiries, and market our services, including Google and HubSpot. These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us, except as permitted by their own privacy policies for their own operational purposes.
  • We will not disclose any personal information or information about your usage of our website to unaffiliated third parties, except as necessary to service your inquiry or case, to enforce our terms of use, to meet our obligations to content and technology providers, or as required by law.

Data Retention

We retain personal information collected through our website and CRM for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide our legal services, comply with our professional and legal obligations, and for legitimate business purposes such as maintaining accurate records. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

How may I correct, amend, delete my personal information, or update my preferences?

  • You may cancel your registration, request correction or deletion of your information, or update your communication preferences at any time by contacting us using the information below.
  • If you do not want to receive information about our products or services, please contact us.
  • If you wish to opt out of receiving SMS messages, you may do so at any time by replying “STOP” to any of our messages or by contacting us directly at 224-539-8821. Opting out will not affect your other interactions with our services.
  • You can limit our use of cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through Google Ads Settings, the Network Advertising Initiative, or the Digital Advertising Alliance, as described above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date, and where appropriate, we will provide additional notice.
